Refund policy

Faulty Goods

We have a 30-day returns policy for any goods that are faulty.

The conditions for returning faulty goods are that they must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in their original packaging.

Customers returning faulty goods that meet these conditions are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are liable for the cost of shipping faulty goods back to us.

To start the returns process for a faulty good, customers are required to contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If we suspect that any of the conditions for returning faulty goods have not been met OR we receive goods that are said to be faulty but are fully operational, BuyInSecret.co.uk reserve the right not to issue a refund or replacement and to request payment for shipping costs to return the goods to the Customer. Return shipping costs must be paid by the Customer within 7 days of the payment request. Failure to do so will result in the goods intended to be returned being destroyed.

For faulty goods over 30 days from the date of delivery, customers are required to contact the manufacturer directly.

Damaged Goods

We have a 10-day returns policy for any goods that are damaged.

The conditions for returning damaged goods are that they must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in their original packaging.

Customers returning damaged goods that meet these conditions are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

Customers are liable for the cost of shipping damaged goods back to us.

To start the returns process for a damaged good, customers are required to contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery.

If we suspect that any of the conditions for returning damaged goods have not been met OR we receive goods that are said to be damaged but are fully operational, BuyInSecret.co.uk reserve the right not to issue a refund or replacement and to request payment for shipping costs to return the goods to the Customer. Return shipping costs must be paid by the Customer within 7 days of the payment request. Failure to do so will result in the goods intended to be returned being destroyed.

We are unable to accept the return of any damaged goods after the first 10 days from the date of delivery.

Incorrect Goods

Customers are not liable for the cost of shipping incorrect goods back to us.

To start the returns process for incorrect goods, customers are required to contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery.

If we suspect that any of the conditions for returning incorrect goods have not been met or we receive goods that are said to be incorrect but are what was purchased, BuyInSecret.co.uk reserve the right not to issue a refund or replacement and to request payment for shipping costs to return the goods to the Customer. Return shipping costs must be paid by the Customer within 7 days of the payment request. Failure to do so will result in the goods intended to be returned being destroyed and forfeits the Customers rights to any refund or replacement.

We are unable to accept the return of any incorrect goods after the first 10 days from the date of delivery.

Unwanted Goods

To comply with strict health protection and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept the return of any unwanted goods.
