Any payments processed through BuyInSecret (phone orders and online orders) are 100% discreet. Your credit or debit card statement will not show the name “BuyInSecret.co.uk” instead it will show the name “ROBERTSONS”.

Discreet Packaging

The packaging shall be blank other than the customer’s name and address, together with franked postage and (on the rear of the package) with no identification of BuyInSecret and its contents on the outer packaging as illustrated below.

Inside the packaging there will be a receipt for the products that you have ordered which will contain the BuyInSecret logo.

Discreet Deliveries

Orders shipped are in plain packaging, which includes plain brown boxes for larger or more obvious items and padded envelopes for smaller items. There is no identification of BuyInSecret and its contents on the outer packaging.
